Ten Of Us Announces Retail Partnerships
Last year,
We collaborated with eTc Tacoma along with 52 other iconic artists, creatives and landmarks to bring “Ten of Us” to life - a cinematic project that brings lovers of Tacoma together to showcase the city’s rich history, current state, and promising future!
After spending more than half of 2023 in production, this project culminated into a 186-page yearbook, short-film, and series of community events that showcase an important moment in the city’s growth and art scene.

We can honestly say that there are very few initiatives that paint a clear picture of everything that makes this city such a special place to call home. “Ten of Us” is easily one of those initiatives.
The yearbook parallels the storyline of the full-length film with a high-quality, introspective reading experience for all ages.

To launch a new wave of sharing the yearbook and film across the city, we partnered up with 4 amazing retail shops across Tacoma to make the book available for in-person shopping!
1. KING’S BOOKS
Serving Tacoma for over 20 years, King’s Books is a community-oriented bookstore with thousands of new and used titles! Their amazing space is located in the Stadium District and is home to a wide array of book clubs, author meet-and-greets, and other community gatherings!

2. PARABLE TACOMA
Family-owned and operated, you can feel the magic as soon as you walk into this neighborhood bookstore and gathering space! Named after Octavia Butler’s “Parable of the Sower” (a classic fiction novel for all of the bookworms out there), this space offers everything from new and used books, vinyl records, featured art from local makers, and so much more.

3. SHOP CONMIGO
With a strong stake in Antique Row, Shop Conmigo is a vibrant boutique with a curated collection of modern and vintage items! Their space is also home to a variety of tattoo, coffee, and vendor pop-ups. For lovers of good art and fashion, this space feels like a cozy oasis that welcomes you home every time you walk through the door!

4. TACOMA ARTS MUSEUM
Located within Tacoma Art Museum, the TAM Store connects people to local art that is both personal and distinctive to the Pacific Northwest region. From unique hand-crafted jewelry to children’s toys and home décor, you’ll find a lot to love at the TAM Store!
